Our current focus is to deliver professional and engaging audio-visual content for our growing client-base. In addition to this, you will be serving a diverse range of clients, from educational to entertainment sectors.

With us, you will help brands, businesses, and personalities bring their unique stories to life with engaging multimedia productions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Editing short-form and long-form video content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Paying specialist attention to video 'hooks' to increase viewer retention.
• Producing media with the goal of increasing overall watch-time.
• Ensuring optimal sound quality and sound design in all video content.
• Collaborating with our creative team to ensure all content aligns with our clients' vision and our company's standards.
• Staying updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and tools (including AI tools), to ensure content style remains contemporary and engaging.
• Adapting to diverse and changing client needs, ensuring versatility across both corporate and entertainment projects.

Requirements :

• Necessary skills will include video editing, motion graphics, colour correction / grading, sound editing and graphic design.
• Possess all necessary tools and equipment for standard editing tasks. (If specialised tools are required for specific projects, Capstone Media will reimburse any expenses).
• Strict adherence to deadlines and a proactive approach to feedback and revisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a passion for storytelling.
• Creative flair, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Flexibility in working hours to cater to diverse project needs.
• Proficient in popular editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and others.
• Bonus : Proven experience in video and audio editing with a portfolio showcasing versatility.
