Technical Office Specialist (Product Development Analyst)

We are looking for a Technical Office Specialist (Product Development Analyst) to join our team in our plant in Brazil (Sete Lagoas / MG) .

The chosen candidate will be responsible for execute the technical office process assigned such as, product material specifications, machine cycle, cycle planning and codification, ensuring high efficiency effectiveness, quality and services level, achieving the objectives assigned in compliance with the Quality Management System, customers requirements and applicable standards.

Activities

• Elaborates materials specification and machine cycles in accordance with the leader above, corporate guidelines and applicable standards.
• Executes the drawing activities assigned for both existing products and under development phases, to ensure on time delivery, quality as well as the compliance with the QMS, customers requirements and applicable standards.
• Supports Technical Evaluation Team and Product Development in classifying clients requests through a defined scheme; based on the request allocation, technical office is involved in supporting technical and economic evaluation as well as feasibility analyses.
• Evaluates markets trends and benchmarks, KPI’s, monitors the activities progressions, evaluating delivery performance, and approves the execution of improvements and corrective actions proposed by the Manager in charge, in order to ensure the KPIs achievement in term the annual budget, strategy and plans.
• Executes the projects assigned, effectively supports the company approach, during the different phases and monitors the execution across the relevant area according with the project plan and program.
• Interacts regularly and effectively communicates with the key internal leaders and team as well as relevant stakeholders aimed at building level of awareness on business vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required (conversation is mandatory recruiting process will be in English) solid line to HQ manager in Italy and daily meetings with colleagues in foreigners plants.
• Education : University Degree in Engineering
• 3-4 years of experience in technical drawing with 2D and 3D CAD (Autocad, Inventor / Solidworks)
• Program and Project management techniques, methodologies, tools knowledge
