Job Description

Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.

• Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations.
• Develops P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
• Develops analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins.
• Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
• Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
• is.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analys
• Skilled in ERP JDE and HFM (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, based in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
