Job : Management Control Manager

Daily Responsibilities :

• Organize and supervise the management control team at the entity level with the support of the Site Financial Controller.
• Focus on industrial cost control, standard and budget control, supply chain cost control, improvement plans, inventory, and local investments.
• Coordinate the preparation and analysis of various reports and documents, such as daily, weekly KPI monitoring, monthly green book, budget, and medium-term plan.
• Contribute to understanding and validating financial performance and ensuring the reliability of financial statements (compliance with MAF / IFRS rules).
• Provide management control support for the site.

Requirements :

• Complete graduation in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge in finance.
