This role willbe responsible for ensuring that solutions and application designsare in alignment with the enterprise architecture blueprint,standards and policies.

Key responsibilities include : 1.Participating in eliciting future systems requirements in order toanalyze, design and implement business solutions for complexbusiness problems.

2. Communicating and collaborating with externaland internal customers to analyze information needs and functionalrequirements.

3. Configuring, developing, testing, monitoring andsupporting changes and enhancements to applications systems. 4.Identifying innovative business solutions.

5. Developing andmaintaining an in-depth knowledge of the application portfolio. 6.Closely cooperating with third-party vendors including softwareproviders, implementation partners and consultants.

7. Assistingthe team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing andnew business systems and modules. 8. Supporting all phases of theSDLC (software development life cycle).

What are we looking for? 1.Completed Bachelor's Degree. 2. Knowledge of data analytics andexperience of working in SAP SuccessFactors.

3. Broad training in arelated field usually acquired through education or workexperience. 4. Job related experience in HR, Payroll, IT or similarenvironment.

5. Work collaboratively across departments as well aswith key stakeholders and vendors. 6. Advanced level of Excelmandatory.
