Social Media Coordinator - Brazil BetfairInternational Reports to : Senior Social Media Manager Location : SaoPaulo Role Summary The Social Media coordinator will play a vitalpart in supporting the development and growth of our brand presenceacross social media platforms.

This role works collaborativelyacross the social media team at Betfair to support the developmentof innovative, best-in-class content across all social mediaplatforms with a focus on business results and brandawareness / engagement.

The ideal candidate lives and breathessocial, has a creative mindset, and is eager to learn and grow inthe field of social media marketing.

The role requires a socialexpert who is obsessed with emerging trends in social media and hasthe operational aptitude to enable them at pace.

The ability tobring creative concepts to life, by working collaboratively withour in-house studio team and external collaborators alike, you’llalso be working with world-class ambassadors like Brazilianfootball legends Ronaldo and Rivaldo, as well as our clubs Cruzeiroand Vasco da Gama.

This role will operate at non-traditional hours,including nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities : -Support the Senior Social Media manager in the creation of allsocial media content creative briefs and manage projects fromconcept to activation in market for campaigns across social mediaplatforms.

  • A self-starter with enthusiasm for innovative ideasand thinking outside of the box. - Deliver best-in-class socialcustomer engagement experience by monitoring and actively engagingwith Betfair players’ and fans’ questions, complaints, comments, orpraise as soon as possible.
  • Monitor and evaluate new and emergingsocial media platforms and provide regular updates to team leaders.- Adopt, maintain, and apply the brand tone and voice to socialcommunity engagement tactics in collaboration with copywriters tobuild, foster, and grow the brand’s online communities.
  • Plan andpublish daily content for social platforms (including but notlimited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter,YouTube), ensuring that all messaging aligns with monthly andweekly marketing goals and themes by partnering with internal andexternal teams.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly socialmedia performance reports to the social media team, broadermarketing team, and leader.
  • Accountability for Quality Assurance,ensuring all campaigns are subject to robust QA processes. Whatwe’re looking for - Demonstrable experience in managing socialmedia channels.
  • Passionate about content creation andstorytelling, with a keen interest in sports. - Experience andknowledge in short video production (TikTok, Reels).
  • Creative,innovative personality who is passionate about digital storytellingand community building. - Outstanding organizational skills withdemonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention todetail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluency inBrazilian Portuguese and English is essential. - Video productionskills are a bonus.
