Social Media Coordinator

Betsson is currently looking for a Social MediaCoordinator to join our operation in Sao Paulo. The Wow : As aSocial Media Coordinator for Betsson Brazil, you will oversee thevarious social profiles of the Brazilian Betsson team, providinginsight, direction, and strategy.

The role entails leading thesocial media strategy, reporting, and content deliverables, toensure that all our profiles follow the brand strategy correctly.

The position also requires working collaboratively with marketingteams across Latam to translate business strategies into contentstrategy.

A Flavour Of What You’ll Be Doing : - Key responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to : - Act as a leader overseeingmultiple teams in Brazil, providing insight, direction andstrategy.

• Review all social media strategies, reporting andcontent deliveries to ensure all Betsson Brazil profiles arefollowing the brand strategy correctly.
• Set and measure goals andKPIs through social media programs for all Social Media profiles inBrazil. - Lead the delivery of audiovisual social media contentproduction for Betsson Latam.
• Work collaboratively with marketingteams in Latin America to translate business strategies intocontent strategy. - Create and implement best practice processeswhen it comes to social media, content generation, reporting,pitching, auditing, etc.
• Research and recommend new social mediatools and / or seminars or educational events that will help the teamgrow and learn.
• Collaborate with local content agencies acrossLatin America. - Learn the fundamentals of paid social tocollaborate cross-functionally with paid teams.

Requirements -Bachelor's Degree - Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing,Digital Marketing or Audiovisual Production is a plus - 2+ years ofrelevant experience in social media management and / or social mediamarketing.

• Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram and other relevantsocial networks.
• Strong understanding of online reach and abilityto formulate effective social engagement strategies - Ability tocreate posting, interaction and engagement calendars and work toincrease our reach and number of followers.
