Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our small energized team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging content on major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter / X, YouTube, and Reddit.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a central location in the city of São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for various social media platforms to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to build strong relationships with our audience.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing areas to align social media efforts with overall company strategies.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in creating content for at least four major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter / X, YouTube, , Reddit).
• Strong portfolio of social media content that has driven measurable user interactions and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid remote / in-person environment.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in the career development or technology industry.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions.

Pay Range

R$3,000-10,000 per month, as a freelance contractor, depending on education, experience, work history, and current compensation level
