Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Information Tech Analyst - Scrum Master, based in São Paulo, Brazil .

About you and this role - What you would do in this role :

You will be responsible to implement an agile development process and manage all aspects of the sprint team deliverables including planning, execution, risk and issue mitigation, etc.

The role requires creating project plans, and timelines, running scrum meetings, collaborating with cross-region teams, and communicating with stakeholders to set expectations.

At any given time, you may be responsible for multiple projects running in parallel.

Responsibilities :

Implement and support agile principles, rules, and processes.

Facilitate scrum meetings, iteration planning, sprint releases, sprint review, and iteration retrospective.

Analyze requirement documents; determine project timelines within sprint cycles.

Guide team’s iterative execution of deliverables, communicate with management and stakeholders, and protect the team from uncontrolled injection of work ensuring changes are evaluated and intentional.

Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic requirements to keep overall operations running at high performance.

Work with the scrum teams to proactively resolve resource problems, project roadblocks, and priority conflicts.

Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear decisions that are timely and in the best interests of the organization.

Deliver value by providing sprint team metrics, leading project / sprint teams, and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders.

Understand, apply, promote, and contribute to DOW Agile delivery methodologies, standards, and tools.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated expertise in planning and facilitating project proposals.

Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints.

Exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.

Able to develop relevant metrics for project delivery and use metrics as a basis for communication and continuous improvement.

Leverage project management software to support estimates and execution.

3 years of experience as a Scrum Master using Agile project delivery, and project management.

3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.

English language fluency- both written and verbal.

A degree discipline in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other Engineering Disciplines.

IT / IS background / experience is highly desirable.

CSM or PMP certification is preferred.

Working experience with a variety of technologies and platforms, including data analytics and data integration platforms is a plus.
