Senior Alliances Consultant

Work collaboratively in partnership with Alliances Partners and Solution Providers Partners, with consuntant and project managers throughout the Latam Region, to help them build product knowledge, increase user adoption and achieve ROI.

Delivering customer-specific tailored training including Pre-UAT, Train the Trainer, End User Training, and Go Live Support based on their implementation project scope, virtually.

Deliver Learning Lab workshops and webinar series to a broad customer baseUnderstand the NetSuite application in all functional areas as they relate to customer learning requirementsTake full ownership of multiple concurrent customer training projects with the flexibility to manage a changing schedule of differing complexities, collaborating with ease and graceParticipate in Project Kick-offs, training requirements definition and scoping conversations, advising and supporting customers Services Delivery methods, processes, procedures, and policies in the development and delivery of training servicesParticipate in the development of new offerings and improvement to processesRepresent the Channels team and provide Partner long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Relevant experience in the technology industry

Industry experience with functional ERP or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process ERP project development, design, and delivery

Strong presentation, training and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences

Understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP along with standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management, (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management)

Ability to drive value with the customer

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift

Highly adaptable and open to change so that one may best serve customers’ needs

Excellent written and verbal English skills that can be applied to documentation development, curriculum review, delivery, and communication

Spanish language skills would be a plus
