Role : Scrum Master / Product Owner

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration : Long Term

Work Hours : US Time

Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Location : 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM)

Client is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master for a technical product team that will also double as a technical product owner, since this team is purely IT.

Must Haves

Agile Methodology Expertise : Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and how to adapt them to different team dynamics and project needs.

Minimum 5 years experience in SM role.

• Technical Understanding : Ability to understand the technical aspects of integration, including software development practices, architecture, and integration technologies.
• Product Management Skills : Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and managing the product backlog.
• Leadership and Facilitation : Strong leadership skills to guide the team, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive the team towards self-organization.
• Stakeholder Management : Ability to engage with IT and business stakeholders, understand their needs, communicate effectively, and manage expectations.
• Prioritization and Decision-Making : Skilled in prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and team capacity.
• Communication Skills : Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone has a shared understanding of goals and progress.
• Conflict Resolution : Ability to identify, address, and resolve conflicts within the team or between stakeholders to maintain a productive work environment.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Proficiency in using metrics and analytics to assess team performance, product success, and to make informed decisions, specifically Azure Dev Ops.

Will report progress back to the appropriate program or project team regularly.

Coaching and Mentorship : Capability to coach the team in Agile practices, mentor team members in their roles, and help them grow professionally.
