Position Overview :

As the QAD Technical Expert, you will play a crucial role in guiding our technical team while actively contributing to the resolution of critical incidents and ongoing projects.

Your expertise in QAD ERP and Progress DBA will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our ERP systems.

Technical Expertise :

• Serve as the subject matter expert for QAD ERP and Progress DBA, providing technical guidance and support.
• Proactively identify and resolve critical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize QAD ERP solutions.

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with QAD ERP and Progress DBA.

Skills :

• Strong technical proficiency in QAD ERP and Progress database administration.
• High level of Linux OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve critical incidents effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Leadership :

• Mentor a team of QAD ERP Administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Continuous Improvement :

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant advancements into the team's practices.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system efficiency.
