Property Finance Consultant Durban (Kloof) JobPurpose : To actively prospect potential home loan clients, throughlead providers (agents and originators) and through personalmarketing and people engagement opportunities, then by using theappropriate needs analysis based selling techniques, eitherswitches them from other financial institutions or to offer them anew home finance packages that is tailor made and accompanied byour amazing service.

A. Source potential clients 1. Using proactiveprospecting methods : Create a strong network of potential clientsthrough ongoing partnering and relationship building.

2. Usingproven and measurable reactive methods : 3. (1) Referral campaigns,(2) Personal marketing opportunities i.e. Shows, Expos, Mallcampaigns etc.

3) Email campaigns, (4) Corporate presentations (5)Networking (6) Call duties (7) Social activities (8) SAPTG letters(9) Flyers (10) Open House Days B.

Identify needs 1. Identify theprimary financial and emotional needs of the potential client byasking open ended questions and then actively listening to theirresponses 2.

Pre-qualify the potential client through understandingtheir background situation and linking it to the credit matrix 3.Identify the financial problems / challenges faced by the potentialclient and the impact it is having on them 4.

Should potentialclient not qualify, keep their details for possible futurefollow-up C. Match relevant product package to relevant need 1.

Using outstanding product knowledge, present the features andbenefits of a product package to the potential client in such a waythat it meets their need and solves their problems 2.

Explain tothe potential client the procedure taken to process theirapplication 3. Apply the correct credit criteria when assessing thefile 4.

Drafting motivations and explanations of any abnormalitiesfor better understanding D. Explain the LOA (Final Grant) and closethe deal 1.

Explain all the important figures, conditions andterminology in the LOA 2. Close the deal by first summarising thebenefits of the relevant product package as it relates to theidentified need, then asking for the business E.

Maintain customercontact and Follow-up 1. Update the client on every step of theprocess after the deal is concluded 2. Explain answers to questionsfrom clients accurately and clearly 3.

Keep in contact with theclient even after LOA has been signed 4. On signing LOA, getreferrals from client F. Applications capture and file construction1.

Application completed and captured 2. Supporting documentsacquired. File packaged for Branch Admin - Own car / transportessential - Driver’s License - Matric Min.

2 years proven trackrecord in sales (sales leagues / rankings; records &achievements)Must have operated in an environment that requiresproactive prospecting (a hunter).
