Outbound Call Center Agent

Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for an Outbound Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to educate them on our sports betting and gaming services.
Responsibilities : Contact existing customers in order to reactivate their accounts. Promote special offers and tailor-made campaigns based on their preferences.
Develop strong customer relationships and enhance engagement. Implement customer retention strategies to increase business loyalty.
Collaborating with CRM team and other departments to ensure high-level campaign results. Drive new customer acquisition through the conversion of leads into deposits.
Build relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building techniques. Manage customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team targets.
Requirements : Experience in outbound calling or sales provides a distinct advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. An interest in sports and gaming is preferred. English Language is preferred. Powered by JazzHR
