Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Multimedia Designer at Hay Branding.

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design, video production, and animation, with a passion for creating high-quality, engaging multimedia content.

You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and producing visual assets for various digital platforms, working closely with our marketing and content teams to bring our brand’s vision to life.

Qualifications

Experience : 2+ years in multimedia design, with a portfolio showcasing graphic design, video production, and / or animation work.

• Multimedia and Video Production skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Knowledge of 3D design software (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Graphics and Graphic Design abilities
• Web Design expertise
• Strong creativity and design skills : Ability to think creatively and develop unique, engaging content that aligns with our brand
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with audio editing tools (Audition, Audacity) is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in branding and marketing is a plus
• Attention to Detail : Keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a strong grasp of color theory, typography, and layout.
• Time Management : Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Design : Create visually stunning multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements, to support our digital marketing initiatives.
• Video Production : Edit videos for social media, website, and other digital platforms. Experience in storyboarding and filming is a plus.
• Motion Graphics : Design and animate elements for dynamic content that elevate our brand presence.
• Collaborate : Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all multimedia projects.
• Content Optimization : Adapt designs for various platforms (web, social media, mobile, etc.) to ensure high performance and compatibility.
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, software developments, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to each project.
• Asset Management : Organize and manage multimedia assets, maintaining version control and archiving final products.
