The position By joining our team inExploration & Production International you will have theopportunity to : - Propose changes in practices and plans to improvereliability and efficiency, including needs of spare parts / consumables and Identify deviations from standard operationalconditions and initiate corrective actions.

  • Manage competencerequirements fulfillment for the team in alignment withcontractor’s company reps and ensure that vendors and contractorswork safely and effectively, according to the values and culture ofthe company.
  • Ensure that maintenance management is followed byidentifying and reporting malfunctions in SAP, executing workorders and providing proper conclusion feedback.

Collaborating tomaintenance plan review. - Contribute and stimulate others toparticipate in the company safety initiatives.

Actively use thecompany management system and working tools such permit vision andsynergi. - Participate on commissioning phase of new projects,inside or outside Brazil.

  • Be responsible for executing fieldactivities, troubleshooting and leading mechanical team members tomaintain systems and equipment operational and reliable.
  • Participate actively in the maintenance of GTG, Combined CycleTurbines, Diesel engines, Pumps, gas compressors, air compressors,Cranes, HVAC units and Hydraulic equipment.
  • Elaborate technicalreports concerning fault reports, improvement proposals and workexecuted. You Some qualities are essential for Equinor.

Youmake safety your priority and contribute to our zero-harm culture.For this position, we are also looking for : - Desirable MechanicalEngineer or required technical degree with emphasis in Mechanicalor equivalent, with active CFT or CREA - Minimum 3 years as a LeadMechanic on board production facilities or 6 years of experienceworking as Mechanical Technician onboard production facilities canbe considered.

  • Good verbal and written Portuguese language skillsand desirable. - Efficient in use of maintenance managementsystems, preferably SAP, and efficient in using office package.
  • Strong technical knowledge and maintenance of HVAC system, rotatingequipment, Hydraulic Systems, Cranes and Diesel engines.
  • Technical knowledge to read and interpret technical drawings andP&ID’s. - Embraces cooperation and open collaboration asessential ways of working.

Proactive by nature, takes initiativeand can work independently as needed. Gives and receivesconstructive feedback and is motivated by continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge and experience working with gas compressionsystems, Hydraulic equipment, and diesel engines (Cummins,Caterpillar) and Cranes.
