Mission The Marketing Specialist will be part of ourglobal marketing team; supporting and contributing to improvementsin content, lead generation, and the overall marketing strategy.
Support for ongoing public relations, partner management, andglobal event management. English Marketing content creation.
Learning about SaaS, IoT, Embedded topics, understanding Toradexunique values. Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing. Build andoptimize marketing triggered email programs to increase activation,engagement, and retention, by using industry best practicetechniques.
Increasing email engagement using A / Btests / experiments. Social Media Marketing. Stay up-to-date andreport on the latest social media trends & industry news,sharing updates with the larger Marketing team.
Help createcompelling social media content to attract, engage and retain ourtarget audience. Toradex’s Brazil office hosts parts of the GlobalSales, Marketing and R&D teams, composed of several engineersworking on diverse tasks with global reach.

- Tailor messaging to target audience segments andleverage storytelling techniques to drive engagement andconversions. Social Media Management : - Develop and implementsocial media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement,and followers across various platforms.
- Create and curaterelevant content, including posts, images, and videos, and monitorsocial media channels for trends and opportunities.
WebinarManagement : - Help manage the execution of webinars aimed ateducating leads, customers, and partners about Toradex’s productsand solutions.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to developwebinar content and ensure smooth delivery of presentations. -Monitor webinar performance metrics and work toward optimizingfuture webinar strategies and content development.
Maintain MonthlyNewsletter : - Curate and create engaging content for our monthlynewsletter to keep our audience informed about company updates,product releases, industry news, and events.
- Coordinate withteams to gather relevant information and ensure timely delivery ofthe newsletter. Maintenance of Reports : - Compile, analyze, andmaintain reports on global events, communication metrics, includingnewsletter performance, webinar attendance, email engagement, andsocial media metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations basedon data analysis to optimize communication strategies and achievemarketing objectives.
Proficiency with HubSpot : - Utilize HubSpotplatform for email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaignmanagement. - Leverage HubSpot's features to automate processes,segment audiences, track performance metrics, and optimizemarketing initiatives for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Leveraging Industry Best Practices : - Stay informed about industrytrends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing.
Continuously research and implement innovative strategies toimprove marketing tactics and achieve competitive advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Communications, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience incommunication, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience inmanaging newsletters, webinars, email marketing, social mediaplatforms, report maintenance, and proficiency with HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability towork independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms is aplus. Important Information Before You Apply - The whole process,including interviews, will be conducted in English.
