As a Marketing Assistant,you will be responsible for supporting the State Marketing Managerin the daily activities of KTO State Marketing department, ensuringthat tasks are completed within the set deadlines.

You willorganize meetings, manage meeting minutes and schedules, andrepresent the Marketing Manager in meetings when necessary.

Forsmaller projects, you will have the autonomy to make decisions,always aligned with the company’s strategy. The ideal candidate isproactive, organized, and a good communicator, eager to learn anddevelop their skills in a dynamic marketing environment.

KeyResponsibilities : - Support the State Marketing Manager inexecuting daily tasks and tracking projects. - Organize andmaintain schedules, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.

• Represent the Marketing Manager in internal and external meetingswhen necessary. - Manage internal communications for the marketingdepartment, ensuring clarity and alignment of information.
• Trackthe progress of campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.- Collaborate with different teams to ensure successful executionof marketing campaigns.
• Make decisions and manage smallerprojects under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. - Assistin creating reports and presentations for the marketing team andexecutive leadership.

Requirements : - Currently pursuing a degreeor specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a relatedfield. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with theability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Good verbal andwritten communication skills, in both Portuguese and English. -Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and project management.
• Proactivity and initiative in solving problems and improvingprocesses. - Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic workenvironment.
