Progressively shaping the future of luxury hospitality and focusingon employee journey and growth. Job Description We are looking foran experienced Social Media Manager to support with global socialmedia initiatives.

This role involves implementing our contentstrategy and building relationships with content agencies and hotelpartners. The ideal candidate will have experience in both luxuryhospitality and social.

1. Strategic Planning & Execution : -Drive consistent brand voice and visual identity across all socialmedia platforms. - Implement a global social media strategy thataligns with the overall brand marketing objectives and positioning.

  • Develop platform-specific social media strategies, coordinatingtheir actions with geographical nuances, seasonal events, andglobal brand campaigns to enhance key performance indicators.
  • Keep track of all events, campaigns, and strategic local or globalprojects, and collaborate closely with the social media team toensure seamless integration with ongoing social media strategiesand content plans.

2. Content Creation & Curation : - Act as theday-to-day content agency contact, collaborating with internalteams and external partners to produce visually compelling andengaging content that resonates with the brand’s audience.

Support in identifying and collaborating with content creators,overseeing content production in conjunction with our agencypartners to ensure brand alignment.

This role is also responsiblefor managing all campaign ROI including content performance,ensuring the effective delivery of objectives and maximizingcampaign impact.

  • Oversee all photoshoots and video shoots,collaborating with agency partners or independently managingprojects, to capture compelling content.
  • Support the developmentof content calendars, ensuring timely postings that align withbrand campaigns and key seasonal events.
  • The role is responsiblefor all social media copywriting for the brand, meticulouslycrafting captions and optimizing keywords to support SEO effortsand enhance online presence.

3. Analytics & Reporting : - Therole is responsible for mastering organic social media performanceby utilizing data to extract key learnings over time, includingtracking and analyzing data from social media management tools andoverseeing the monthly organic creative strategy dashboard.

  • TheSocial Media Manager identifies the most effective creative mix,communicates these insights to creative agencies and team members,and clearly articulates findings and strategic recommendations toleadership.
  • The role involves identifying the target audience forFairmont and its competitors, conducting review mining andanalysis, understanding persona interests, and developing a socialiteration roadmap to curate long-term strategic insights andmonitor competitor and target behavior in real-time.
  • Incollaboration with the Community Manager, this role is responsiblefor driving the strategic integration of community feedback intobroader social media marketing campaigns.

They will continuouslyoptimize social media practices based on detailed analytics andperformance metrics, ensuring that our strategies are bothdata-driven and community-focused.

4. Cross-DepartmentCollaboration : - Work closely with PR, digital marketing, brand,partnerships, and local hotel teams to align social media effortswith overall brand and marketing campaigns.

The role is also actingas the primary contact for hotel teams in the Americas,coordinating updates and facilitating communication betweeninternal teams and external partners.

  • Stay updated on the latestsocial media platform features, algorithm changes, and emergingtrends in luxury travel and hospitality.
  • Ensure adherence to allapplicable laws and regulations specific to social media in theregion, including guidelines for giveaways, contracts, and otherrelevant legal requirements in North and Central America.
  • Continuously propose creative ideas to enhance social mediaengagement. Qualifications - Degree in Media, Marketing,Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years ofexperience in managing social media for luxury brands is required,preferably within the hospitality sector.

Experience in contentcreation and collaboration with talents is a plus. - Proficientacross all social media platforms and possesses excellentcommunication skills with full fluency in English, both written andverbal.

  • Expertise in using social media management tools(Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.). - Strong understanding of SEO,analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and content managementsystems.
  • A keen awareness of global environments in luxuryhospitality and diverse audiences. - Excellent multitasking andorganizational abilities.

Additional Information Visa Requirements : Must legally be authorized to work in the United States. - SalaryRange : $75,000 94,000 USD annual base salary - Excellent Companybenefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401KRetirement plan.
