WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Interface with Customer Operations stakeholders to ensure clear business needs, clear communication, and alignment on the ways of work.
• Co-lead Customer Operations and Procurement Logistics strategy and roadmap.
• Define and execute the right sourcing plan, strategy, and tactical implementation to leverage the main market opportunities.
• Manage and develop a high-performance team, generating a healthy work environment, focusing on D&I, deliverables, and business sustainability.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Develop and implement Logistic strategy, aligned with local needs and in close cooperation with the global procurement team.
• Analyze and develop a deep understanding of the supply markets, including external economic factors which influence those markets.
• Identify and build partnership with key suppliers and guarantee Supplier compliance (audits, specifications, general terms and conditions).
• Perform cost modelling and benchmarking analysis, to optimize the end-to-end value chain.
• Develop contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply security.
• Monitor overall performance of the supply network and ensure continuous improvement.
• Deliver bottom line savings by working together with Suppliers, Operations Team, and Transportation to identify and implement cost-saving programs.
• Provide the business with accurate Transportation price forecasting, including market conditions understanding, price trends, and future markets trends to enable proper budgeting and price forecasting.
• Contract management.
• Drive and Implement the Sustainability agenda (e.g., GNV / electric vehicles).
• Drive and Implement Innovation and Digital agenda (e.g., e-tender, new technologies & capabilities like should cost analysis).

Skills

• Higher professional education / university degree.
• Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain is important.
• Proven Experience in Procurement Logistics.
• Supply Chain experience (Planning and Logistics Operations).
• High degree of interpersonal, negotiation, influencing skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract, organize, analyze significant amounts of data.
• Team management.
• Attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems.
• Enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural working environment.
