Job summary

Responsible for helping and contributing to the performance of general tasks in the business communication area at Brazil’s office.

Job description

Responsibilities and tasks :

• Edition of Brazil’s business blog posts and image search for posts.
• Edition of Brazil’s enterprise blog posts and image search for posts.
• Management of Partners’ mailing list.
• Management of registered users base at ESET Partner Connection.
• Information request and follow-up for ESET Partner Connection.
• Localization and translation of business materials (PowerPoint presentations, Prize Documents, Talking Points, Website, Safety guides).
• Build presentations for different purposes and audiences.
• Material uploading and updating for Partners.
• Edition of various documents generated by the Marketing area of the local office in Brazil.
• Execution of material translation (Spanish >

Portuguese) : infographics, video subtitling, posts, etc.

• Generation of content about Brazil’s office (posts, videos, photos).
• Communication with partners through WhatsApp.

Requirements

Education : Under-graduation in progress or degree obtained in Communication and / or Journalism.

Experience : 1 or 2 years of experience in communications or PR areas in Companies or Agencies.

Languages :

• English : Intermediate Level
• Spanish : Intermediate Level

Personal Characteristics :

• Ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• Good writing skills.

Communication (not EXCLUDING) :

Internal : Business communication area of ESET Latin America, Marketing, ESET Brazil Office.

External : Partners.
