IT Infrastructure Manager

Main Responsibilities : 1. Main responsible for localIT Infrastructure technical governance working in conjunction withIT Head of CTO on all aspects of HBBZ IT infrastructure management,looking after business-as-usual tasks, asset management, vendorpurchases and contracts, project management, controls, anddocumentation.

2. Local infrastructure solutions design, acting asa consultancy for the latest technologies solutions, includingcollaborative tools, network, servers, DC & Cloud, and audio& video solutions according to Group standards and guidelines.

3. Team leader for Telecom Analyst and Sys Admin Analyst(contractor). 4. Telecommunications technical management workingclosely with HSBC Mexico and other countries' support teams.

Fullmanagement and governance of local carriers and related vendors,including local external connections such as RSFN and customers'VPNs.

5. Service Desk management management of local desksidesupport contractors acting as an escalation point of contact andsupport for local and regional needs.

6. Data Centre infrastructuremanagement coordination of new equipment installation / demise(rack n’ stack), cabling, asset control, co-location vendormanagement, and interface with regional DCs team.

7. ITInfrastructure incident management - accountable for ensuring thatany local IT infrastructure related incidents and events aremanaged effectively, mitigating business impact and properlycommunicating to the key stakeholders.

8. IT infrastructureprojects technical management for the new local infrastructureimplementations, such as local servers, telecom solutions, etc.

9.Adhering to HSBC Group policies and governance processes, ensuringfull compliance with all IT guidance and requirements.

Requirements : 1. At least 5 (five) years of previous experience inthe IT Infrastructure scenario. 2. Team leader experience.

3.Technical skills knowledge : 1. Firewall and Proxy functions; 2.Windows and MS Office; 3. Linux / Windows / Citrix virtualization;

4. DBA (Oracle and SQL); 5. Cloud concepts; 6. Language skills : English (Spanish is a differential). #J-18808-Ljbffr
