Graphic Designer

Who are we looking for? Our client is seeking a talented andcreative Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidatewill have a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and theability to transform boring documents into impressive, visuallyappealing materials.

You will primarily work on developinginfographics, flyers, newsletters, social media posts, andbeautifying PowerPoint presentations.

This role requires alignmentwith several departments to ensure that all graphics and documentsreflect the client'sbrand identity and marketing objectives.

Minimum Requirements - 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer,with a portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, etc.). - Strong understanding of design principles,typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills. - Ability to take creativedirection and work independently or as part of a team.
• Attentionto detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Timemanagement skills and the ability to handle multiple projects withtight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities - Design and producehigh-quality graphics, including brochures, flyers, social mediagraphics, website visuals, advertisements, and other marketingmaterials.

• Beautify PowerPoint presentations and transform boringcopies into interesting infographics and slides. - Collaborate withthe marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain aconsistent look and feel across all platforms. - Work withcopywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.
• Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layoutsare visually appealing and on-brand. - Stay up-to-date withindustry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas tothe team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Utilize design softwaresuch as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,etc.
