What’s the scope of this role? As a senior Graphic Designer you’llcollaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers,editors, and subject matter experts to create and design a varietyof visually rich assets to support classroom training, eLearning,and documentation, including presentations, workbooks, handouts,user guides, infographics, and brochures.

You will be part of aglobal team that provides training on Netcracker’s customizedsoftware solution to digital service providers around the world.

Inthis position, you will work both independently and incollaboration with other content creators to provide creative anddesign support across the training team whilst enforcing trainingstyle guidelines and aligning with company brand standards.

Role &Responsibilities - Leverage knowledge of graphic design principlesto increase usability and transform complex written informationinto clear and precise visual communication.

• Visualize businessand technical concepts, relationships, and processes to create highquality, reusable training materials.
• Create, conceptualize, andimprove upon slides and presentations in PowerPoint. - Applygraphic and instructional design principles to a variety oftraining projects that may be large or complex in scope.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers,editors, and subject matter experts to schedule reviews and makeupdates accordingly.
• Recommend different formats, layouts, andvisual assets to improve the learning experience for Netcracker endusers and other training participants.
• Build excellentrelationships across teams and projects, and mentor team members toteach best practices and techniques in graphic and instructionaldesign.
• Follow and maintain Netcracker graphic and instructionaldesign standards and templates. Skills & Requirements - 3-5years of experience in graphic design, information design,infographic design, or instructional design.
• Thoroughunderstanding of graphic design principles, including grids,typography, color, layout, imagery, and design systems.
• Experience in educational design such as supporting trainingactivities for technical products or services. - Experience in thetelecom industry preferred, or related experience working withsoftware products in the technology industry.
• Excellent creative,conceptual, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectivelycommunicate ideas through concise language and visual design. - Aportfolio showing proficiency in graphic design, infographics, andillustration.
• Proven time management and organizational skills. -Self-reliant and able to independently develop learning assets withminimal supervision.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Ability to thinkcreatively and strategically, resolve complex issues, and improvecurrent processes or solutions.
• Ability to execute oninstructional design and company brand standards. - Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experiencewith Adobe Creative tools a plus. - Fluent English speaker tointeract and work with global teams. - Availability to travel tothe USA to attend trainings.

Education - Bachelor's degree inGraphic Design, Information Design, Branding, or a related field. -Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud tools a plus.
