Global Supply Chain Directorate Automotive

Company dedicated to offering sustainable mobility solutions, which stands out in the spare parts segment with a strong national and international presence, is looking for a new Global Supply Chain Director to optimize its expansion through the strategy of importing parts and components.

As Global Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for structuring and managing demand planning, ensuring alignment between operations and commercial projections.

Your mission will be to translate customer needs to industrial units, leading the consolidation of the portfolio according to the needs of each region.

Main responsibilities :

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies, focusing on global sourcing processes;
• Manage import operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with international regulations;
• Orchestrate demand and ensure alignment between market demands and production capacity;
• Acculturate the different operations of the business unit to the best practices in the supply chain, promoting the standardization of processes;
• Translate customer needs to manufacturing plants, ensuring deliveries within agreed deadlines and quality standards;
• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, both domestically and internationally;

Maximize portfolios considering geographies and their distribution particularities.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in senior management positions in the Supply Chain area in companies with strong interaction with international suppliers, preferably in the automotive sector;
• Solid knowledge in supplies and global sourcing processes; Expertise in demand planning for complex operations;
• Ability to lead process restructuring agendas and area management rituals with interface areas;
