Finance Manager Brazil

Tomorrowland is looking for a highly skilled FinanceArea Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you willoversee the financial management and deliverables across keysubdomains, including Cashflow, FP&A, Payables &Receivables, Accounting, and Systems.

• Manage work schedules for financial planning, budgeting, festivaloperations, and post-event closing. - Set deadlines and weeklymilestones, ensuring alignment with both internal teams andthird-party suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with all departmentson finance-related matters. - Align with DC Set and WAOWcounterpart teams for cross-functional cooperation.
• Monitor andcontrol budgets. - Prepare and structure reports for variousaudiences, including the board, senior management, teams, and otherdepartments.
• Create financial statements and reports, providingfeedback and recommendations. Key Duties : - Collaborate with theboard and management to develop financial goals and businessstrategies.
• Analyze financial data and trends to supportdecision-making and provide insights into company performance. -Offer financial advice to managers across different business unitsbased on project needs.
• Build revenue models consideringvariables such as exchange rates, audience demographics, ticketpricing, and sponsorships.
• Manage cash flow and developinvestment strategies. - Forecast financial outcomes by analyzingmarket trends, historical data, and other financial inputs.
• Oversee contracts with key suppliers, including security forcashiers, armored cars, and cashless systems. - Act as the point ofcontact with the Legal team regarding supplier payments, workflowdefinitions, and insurance negotiations.
• Ensure compliance withindustry-specific regulations and liaise with government bodieswhen necessary. - Maintain positive relationships with externalauditors, banks, and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate financialrisks while ensuring adherence to relevant laws, guidelines, andregulations. Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in finance or arelated field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience infinance. - Experience in the event industry is a plus. PersonalProfile : - Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strongcommunication skills with a structured and transparent approach. -Excellent stakeholder management, including liaising with directreports, counterparts, and senior leadership.
• Proactive andhands-on negotiator with strong problem-solving skills. - Calmunder pressure, with the ability to think creatively in challengingsituations.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability tocommunicate effectively across all levels. - Adaptable to afast-paced and constantly changing environment, capable of managingmultiple tasks simultaneously.
