Sales Director
We are looking for a person responsible for the management, planning and control of the Hiter Controls sales area, covering the entire national territory, aiming to increase market share and achieve the established sales and profitability goals, as well as making the business sustainable in the long term.
In addition to leading the sales team, developing talents.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead, train and motivate the sales team to ensure high-quality performance and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for sales volume and contribution margin throughout the country.
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales managers, salespeople and sales support teams.
- Structure and implement pricing, marketing and sales strategy policies.
- Analyze commercial and contractual sales conditions; Manage the follow-up of proposals / orders.
- Schedule visits to customers with the team, whenever necessary; Support the preparation and analysis of more complex technical and commercial proposals.
- Interface with the head office to obtain prices and special conditions.
- Develop new customers.
- Analyze, prepare and monitor sales targets and sales forecasts.
- Define general sales business conditions (process, project or product, deadline, payment and other conditions).
- Promote solutions through lectures, technical seminars, training, etc.
- Conduct market and competitor assessments, presenting the products and services that the company can offer to customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts.
- Continuously map new client projects.
- Actively participate in leadership and board meetings to prepare annual plans, P&L, monthly results presentations, among others.
Required Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Sales Team Management.
- Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical / Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Postgraduate or specialization degree, preferably in the business area (advantage).
- Knowledge in technical sales.
- Advanced / Fluent English.
