What You’ll Be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to manage client relationships with an iconic brand? Do you have a passion to motivate others?
You’ll work closely with multiple clients to discuss goals and needs, ensure your team is aligned with new information on projects, and actively work to improve processes and performance to enhance results.
You’ll ensure a healthy, continuous relationship with the client, as you are the face of TTEC, and play an active role in developing and motivating your team to reach for amazing.
You’ll report to the VP of Sales Operations. We’re looking for a leader to act as one, encouraging and motivating your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility.
During a Typical Day, You’ll :
- Manage client relationships and communications, ensuring alignment on goals and needs, while representing the company in legal and compliance matters.
- Motivate and engage your team by communicating client messages and providing the latest project updates to keep everything on track.
- Oversee financial health, including client billing, forecasting, and alignment with contractual agreements.
- Track and improve key performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, revenue goals, satisfaction scores), and escalate issues with business cases when needed.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to meet hiring targets, promote employee development, and ensure training quality.
- Foster a culture of diversity, openness, and global goal alignment while managing employee satisfaction and attrition.
- Understand the local business landscape, contribute to business expansion, and ensure best-in-class service for clients and customers.
What You Bring To The Role :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in complex, scaled Sales leadership.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-stress environment with minimal direction.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing large teams.
- Ability to travel on short notice.
