We are a professional services firm providing services in softwareengineering and the cloud. We do Technical consulting, Programming& Quality Assurance, DevOps, Applications, UX, Productmanagement, and Project management.

Metal Toad is a fully remoteorganization with all employees having the option to work fromhome. The candidate must be able to work between 8 AM and 5 PMPacific Time (PST) from Monday through Friday.

Advanced to fluentproficiency in English is a must for our positions since it is thelanguage we communicate at the company.

Job Description The primaryrole of the Designer is to support the creation and syndication ofMetal Toad digital marketing and sales collateral, sales enablementtools, event materials, and a variety of other creative tasks asassigned.

The ideal candidate takes ownership and initiative ofassigned tasks, thrives in change, is detail-oriented, and iscomfortable working across shifting priorities and differing levelsof ambiguity to find solutions.

The candidate will be expected tomanage timelines, prioritize workload, and know when to ask fordirection. Responsibilities Visual Design - Work under thedirection of the manager to develop creative concepts andhigh-quality designs that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Design andproduce a wide variety of digital marketing assets, sales assets,collateral, and sales enablement tools. - Create infographics andpresentation materials to simplify the communication of complexconcepts.
• Hit the ground running to design and update RFPs andproposals based on established templates and brand guidelines. -Design and update website, landing pages, and email campaigns onHubspot.

Production Design - Ability to update content inpreviously designed deliverables and ensure the established visualstyle is consistently utilized throughout.

• Ability to uphold thevisual aesthetic and integrity of the original design whileproducing a high volume of new assets.
• Optimize graphics fordigital platforms. - Prepare images to coincide with social andblog posts. - Assist with event materials.
• Assemble finalpresentation material for printing as needed. Content Creation -Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, andon-page elements, to improve search engine performance.
• Analyzeand report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights andrecommendations for improvement. - Write and suggest clear,engaging, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials,including blogs, social media posts, and product descriptions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategiesthat drive engagement and conversions. - Support the marketing teamin the execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Participate inbrainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhancemarketing efforts. Qualifications Required - Agree with ourCorporate Values Statement.
• Believes in the company mission : tohelp people. - Believes in the principles of open source. - Adesign portfolio demonstrating high-quality design skills indigital marketing fields such as ebook layout development,one-sheets (promotional pages), and social media posts.
• Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal), including the ability tocommunicate complex concepts and data through images.
• Thoroughknowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator,and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
• Basic knowledge ofdesigning digital marketing assets, such as : - infographics, -landing pages, - email campaigns, - social media ads, and / or Googleads.
• Familiarity with designing print collateral, such as : -ebooks, - presentations, - one-sheets, - business cards, - andother graphics.
• Interested in copywriting and proofreading fordigital marketing assets. The candidate must submit a resume alongwith a link to your portfolio.
