What would you do?Financial strategy : Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Instaleap's overall goals and objectives.

Analyze and assess financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to the founders.Financial Reporting : Present accurate and timely financial reports to the CEO, investors, and other stakeholders.

Regulatory and Financial compliance : Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements and reporting standards.

Provide adequate guidance and input to our advisors in all subsidiaries (in USA, BRA, COL and Spain, etc) and ensure their legal and financial compliance.

Implement robust financial controls and systems to maintain accurate financial records.Lead due diligence process of future investments and M&A.

Capital Management : Create, assess and implement the company's capital structure strategies, to optimize the balance between debt and equity.

Explore strategic partnerships for international expansion.Investor Relations : participate in investor meetings and communicate financial performance, strategy, and future plans to stakeholders.

Treasury Management : Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for operational needs.Develop cash management strategies.

Financial Leadership : Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency.

Your experience has been shaped byBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).

At least 10 years of experience in Finance roles.Proven experience in Head of Finance roles in companies with +10MM ARR billing (at least 4 years), preferably in startups or high-growth environments.

Proven experience in CFO roles (at least 2 years).Your SuperPowersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong critical-thinking and assertiveness skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Advanced English and Spanish.
