CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Protect the company’s revenues and profits to achievefull financial control and sustainable growth in all Latam regioncountries.

Lead all financial aspects of the company in LatinAmerica, ensuring that global, regional, and local strategiesproduce the best business results, maximizing value and return tothe company’s shareholders in the short and long term.

Orchestrateprocesses, practices, teams, and outputs to comply with allinternal and external regulations applicable to our business andthe countries where we operate.

Responsible for the administrative,financial, and risk management operations of the company. Involvedin the development of operational strategy, KPIs, and ongoingdevelopment and monitoring.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES FINANCIALANALYSIS, BUDGETING AND FORECASTING 1. Oversee region financialbudgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by agency andcountry;

forecast vs. budget by agency and country. 2. Review andanalyze with countries CFOs monthly financial results and providerecommendations.

3. Identify, develop, and execute analysis ofbusiness initiatives, product launches, and / or new serviceofferings to our clients.

4. Develop and maintain monthly operatingbudget and annual company operating budget. 5. Manage financialplanning and analysis department.

Supervise creation of reports forbudgeting and forecasting. ACCOUNTING, ADMINISTRATION, OPERATIONS& INTERNAL CONTROLS 1.

Supervise the regional accounting toensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases, andfinancial internal systems (reporting).

2. Review and ensureapplication of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance, andfinancial procedures around the region.

3. Ensure timeliness andaccuracy of financial and management reporting. 4. Oversee theregion month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedureswhile eliminating inefficiencies.

5. Oversee preparation ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 6. Reviewregional all month-end closing activities, balance sheet accounts,and overhead cost allocation.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT 1. Oversee theregion cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability. 2.Oversee cash, investments, and asset management area.

3. Utilizeforward-looking models and activity-based analyses to providefinancial insight into the organization’s plans and operatingbudgets.

STRATEGY, PLANNING & MANAGEMENT 1. Regional strategicbusiness partner to senior executive leadership team. 2. Assess andevaluate regional financial performance of organization regardinglong-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.

3. Provideinsight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growthplan of organization. 4. Communicate, engage, and interact withRegional Board of Directors, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team.

5.Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align withthe company’s plan for growth and expansion. 6. Implement policies,procedures, and processes as deemed appropriate by seniorleadership team across the region.

7. Recruit, interview, and hirecountries CFOs (direct report). EMPLOYEE PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS ANDEXPERIENCE 1. Minimum of 15 years of proven experience as CFO,finance officer, or relevant role.

2. In-depth knowledge ofcorporate financial law and risk management practices. Previousexperience in financial risk management and growth strategies.

3.Extensive knowledge of financial and tax regulations in the region.4. Strong preference for candidates with a proven track record offinancial leadership roles in publicly traded companies.

Experiencewith the financial reporting and compliance requirements associatedwith publicly traded entities is essential.

5. Extensive experiencein managing financial processes and controls in accordance with theSarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or similar regulatory frameworks.

Ademonstrated ability to ensure the integrity and accuracy offinancial reporting is crucial. 6. An extensive background inbusiness-to-business (B2B) environments, with a deep understandingof the unique financial dynamics and challenges in B2Btransactions.

7. Proven expertise in managing and optimizingfinancial operations with a high volume of transactions,demonstrating an ability to streamline processes and driveefficiency.

8. Possess knowledge and ability to ensure all actionsare following appropriate employment laws, company policies, andsound business practice.

9. Strong, impactful leadership skills,with proven experience leading within matrix organizations. 10.Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate withinternational teams.

11. Excellent communication skills in Englishand Spanish. 12. Due to the international character of theorganization, there may be some travelling required for this role(less than 20% of time).

13. Ability to manage a complex businessenvironment, with different stakeholders, in multinationalcompanies (preferably).
