Complete strategic managementof the financial area, with direct report to the CEO, involvingaccounting, tax, costs, treasury, and reporting.

2. Lead theCompany’s credit front in the search for new solutions, acting inpartner banks to streamline financing or proposing new partners toensure more business opportunities.

3. Develop and implement withthe financial manager internal procedures and controls ensuring thereliability of financial information.

4. Consolidate, prepare andanalyze management reports with different business performanceindexes to assist in strategy definition and decision-making forpossible new rounds of investments.

5. Lead the preparation of thebudget and the forecast and monitoring of budget control. 6.Develop financial analysis studies for investment plans.

7. Ensuremaximum profitability by controlling costs and assisting businessareas in the search for the best business results.

8. Assess andadvise on business operations, including revenue and expensetrends, financial commitments, cash flows, and future revenues.

• Skills and Qualifications - Experience in the financial field ingeneral, with a generalist and strategic profile; - Desirableexperience in attracting investments;
• Fluent English; - Detailed,analytical, multi-tasking capability in a high-growth environment;- Strategic vision, high energy and sense of urgency, cooperativeleadership, hands-on.
