Key Responsibilities

Complete strategic management of the financial area, with direct report to the CEO, involving accounting, tax, costs, treasury, and reporting.

Lead the Company’s credit front in the search for new solutions, acting in partner banks to streamline financing or proposing new partners to ensure more business opportunities.

Develop and implement with the financial manager internal procedures and controls ensuring the reliability of financial information.

Consolidate, prepare and analyze management reports with different business performance indexes to assist in strategy definition and decision-making for possible new rounds of investments.

Lead the preparation of the budget and the forecast and monitoring of budget control.

Develop financial analysis studies for investment plans.

Ensure maximum profitability by controlling costs and assisting business areas in the search for the best business results.

Assess and advise on business operations, including revenue and expense trends, financial commitments, cash flows, and future revenues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the financial field in general, with a generalist and strategic profile;
• Desirable experience in attracting investments;
• Detailed, analytical, multi-tasking capability in a high-growth environment;
• Strategic vision, high energy and sense of urgency, cooperative leadership, hands-on.
• Contract type : Legal Person ('PJ')
• Compensation : monthly salary + annual bonus
