S. and Canada. We were also named to the Inc. 5000 list offastest-growing companies. Job Summary : The objective of the BrandSpecialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’sclient brands in various retailers.

The Brand Specialist will beresponsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market,cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.

As a BrandSpecialist, you will report to the Field Sales Manager or BrandExecutive depending on your market. Our Brand Specialists areexpected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and have a passionfor the beauty industry.

This is a fluctuating, part-timeopportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on thebrands’ needs and distance willing to travel.

Job Duties : - Achievesales goals for assigned brands. - Represent brands within anassigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brandawareness.

• Establish and develop strong relationships with thestore teams. - Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge. -Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure productmerchandising meets company standards. - Provide critical feedbackthrough survey responses. - Leave a positive lasting impressionafter each store visit.

Qualifications : - Minimum 2 years beautyretail experience - Passionate about the beauty industry andknowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required.

• Stronginterpersonal skills and ability to influence. - Must be able tomotivate others and work as part of a team. - Must be available onweekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company imagethat is both polished and professional. - Must own a vehicle and beable to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally liftand / or move up to 40 pounds.
