About the project : This role capitalizes on deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to guide the development and execution of software projects.

While not a managerial position, the Tech Lead influences through mentorship and exemplary coding practices, ensuring projects not only align with the strategic goals but also push the envelope in technological innovations.

You will be able to :

• Provide expert guidance on the architectural design of software systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to the selection of technology stacks and frameworks, making decisions that optimize performance and future scalability.
• Act as a key decision-maker in the adoption of new technologies and tools that can enhance project outcomes and team productivity.
• Actively contribute to coding, particularly in complex and critical areas of the project.
• Set benchmarks for code quality and innovation, demonstrating best practices in coding and software design.
• Review and refine code to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the overall system architecture.

What will help you succeed in this role :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ Years of experience working with Python.
• 6+ Years of experience working with NodeJS.
• 4+ Years of experience working with PostgreSQL.
• 4+ Years of experience working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
• 4+ Years of experience working with APIs.
• 4+ Years of experience working with SQL.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
