Analista SAP

Experienced SAP consultants who have certification in MM module of SAP ECC and a proven track record of SAP implementation projects and support.

Candidates with team leadership experience would be preferred and advanced level English is a mandatory requirement.

The IT Operations Application Analyst Local is involved in the design, deployment and support of local or regional

applications.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Administers and supports applications in area of expertise following global standards.

Designs, builds and pilots local or regional IT solutions aligned with the IT strategy and business

requirements

Ensures solutions are comprehensively documented (assisted by Technical Author if possible)

Cooperates with vendor for problem resolution or solution delivery when necessary

Makes suggestions for improvements to the IT Regional Manager

Trains IT people and users on standards, policies and best practices for local or regional applications.

Joins the Deployment team on a temporary basis to roll out global application projects.

Assists in 8D / PPS problem solving activities

Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed

Strong knowledge of ERP systems or subject relevant to area of expertise

Conflict and Problem Solving / Analysis

Flexibility to travel on an ad-hoc basis

Ability to bring solutions to business problems

Good communication skills

Demonstrable customer / client focus

Within IT

Reports to the IT Regional Manager

Communicates with the Service Desk Support Specialists for transferred tickets

Assists the IT Deployment group as requested

Outside of IT

Interacts with users of the local and regional applications
