Our Global Technology Americas team is looking for a Network Analyst to make us even stronger!

Mission :

As a NetOps Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure.

You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient operations.

Responsibilities :

Level 2 Network Support : Serve as a key point of contact for level 2 network support, promptly investigating and resolving network-related incidents and problems.

Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement appropriate solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Take ownership of network device configurations, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.

Ensure proper configuration and optimization of network settings to enhance performance, scalability, and security.

Conduct regular performance analysis, capacity planning, and bandwidth utilization assessments to proactively identify potential bottlenecks and optimize network performance.

Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure sufficient network capacity to meet current and future demands

Work closely with the information security team to implement and maintain robust network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and access controls.

Collaborate on monitoring network traffic for security breaches or suspicious activities, taking appropriate actions as needed.

Coordinate and implement network changes, following established change management processes to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to post-implementation reviews and ensure thorough documentation of change requests.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as workplace, infrastructure, monitoring and system administrators and level 3 support, to address network-related issues.

Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to junior team members. Actively contribute to team collaboration and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements :

• Hybrid work model (2x a week in Pinheiros / SP);
• Conversational English (Intermediate);
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Network Operations or in a similar role ;
• Previous experience in working with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, or Fortigate firewalls, including configuration, rule management, and troubleshooting;
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco devices and technologies, such as VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP);
• Understanding of network security protocols, such as IPsec, SSL / TLS, and AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting);
• Experience supporting wireless networks using Cisco wireless technologies, including access points, controllers, and authentication mechanisms (e.
• g., Cisco Identity Services Engine);
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure (Microsoft Azure);
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and load balancers in AWS or Azure environments;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and provide technical support;
• Demonstrated ability to document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides accurately;

Nice to have / Desirable :

• Desired experience working with F5 BIG-IP or Citrix Netscaler appliances, specifically in the areas of Load Balancing (LTM), Web Application Firewall (WAF), Local Traffic Manager (LTM), and Global Traffic Manager (GTM).
